1. What kind of scrap gold or jewelry will you accept?

2. Is the ProGold Buyers™ Mailing Kit free?
Yes – Absolutely! AND, no need to worry - you are under no obligation to send us your scrap gold or jewelry, even if you have requested a ProGold Buyers™ Mailing Kit. And remember – shipping is always prepaid if you do decide to send us your gold scrap or jewelry for quick cash!
3. Is my jewelry or scrap gold insured in case the ProGold Buyers™ Mailing Kit gets lost or damaged by the postal service?
YES! Each ProGold Buyers™ Mailing Kit is insured for a maximum value of $100.00. If you have several items to send and wish to send them in separate ProGold Buyers™ Mailing Kits, please contact us at 1-877-776-4653 and a customer service representative will be happy to help you. *See Terms and Conditions for maximum liability.
4. How will I know when you've received my gold/jewelry?
You may track your shipment online at progoldbuyers.com by using our electronic tracking system. Or, if you have not received your check within 10 days from mailing your gold scrap or jewelry, or if you prefer, we invite you to call 1-877-776-4653 to speak to a customer service representative.
5. How much will you pay for my scrap gold and gold jewelry?
The amount of the check we send for each ProGold Buyers™ Mailing Kit we receive depends on the contents of the package. ProGold Buyers™ pays top dollar for scrap gold & gold jewelry. Curious about what causes gold and other precious metal prices to fluctuate? Please see: “What Causes Metal Prices to Go Up & Down.” We guarantee you will be happy with the amount we send. If, for any reason, you are not happy, you may return our check pursuant to the terms of the ProGold Buyers™ Guarantee, and we will promptly return the items that were sent to us in the very same condition they were received. *See Terms and Conditions for maximum liability.
6. What if I am not satisfied with my payment?
Don’t worry! ProGold Buyers™ guarantees your satisfaction! If, for whatever reason, you are not happy with your payment, simply return the check to us within 10 days of the date of the check & we will promptly return your scrap gold or jewelry. 7. Can I use my own packaging?

8. I have a piece of gold but I'm not sure it’s authentic. Can I still receive money for this?
No problem! ProGold Buyers™ staff is highly skilled at assessing precious metals. We use a process called X-ray Fluorescence Spectroscopy which accurately assesses the content and quantity of all metals in your items. We will be able to determine whether your items are authentic yellow gold, white gold, platinum or silver.
9. Is the ProGold Buyers™ Mailing Kit free?
Yes! The ProGold Buyers™ Mailing Kit is absolutely free upon your request. There is no obligation once you receive your kit.
10. How do I use the ProGold Buyers™ Mailing Kit?
Simply fill out the quick, easy ProGold Buyers™ Mailing Kit form and we do the rest. You’ll receive in the mail a kit with all the materials needed to convert your unwanted gold, silver, platinum and any other precious items into cash. Within 24 hours from the moment we receive your ProGold Buyers™ Mailing Kit, we will have a check in the mail to you. If you are not satisfied simply mail back the check and we will promptly return your precious items in the condition they were received.
